How to subscribe to a magazine?
To subscribe to a magazine use our chat, and one of our teacher will help you in to the process.
I haven't received the last issue of my magazine.
A postal delay is possible, we ask you to wait one week after the usual receipt date before contacting our Customer Relations Department by email using the contact details indicated at the bottom of this page. The number will be returned to you.
What payment methods does JUNGLE SCHOOL offer to pay for orders?
Three payment methods are available and may differ depending on the purchasing channels used:
The Bank Card, Visa or Mastercard can be used on our e-commerce site and by telephone.
You can pay for your order, in cash for 1 year or by monthly automatic debits.
For payment by credit card on its sites, the Bayard group uses the secure payment service Payline which incorporates the SSL security standard in order to protect all data relating to personal information and means of payment.
